Contract Division

Step 1 Project Scope

We will arrange a meeting for you to meet up with a designer and outline what your vision for your business is, whether you need to furnish a waiting room, a restaurant or an entire hotel.

 

Step 2 Site Visit

We will plan a visit to your premises for the designer to get a better understanding of the space and also how exactly you want it to feel for your clients.

 

Step 3 Design Presentation

When the necessary information has been gathered by our designer they can create a full 3D render of every area you wish us to work, whether a single room or entire building.

 

Step 4 Final Presentation

Our designer will present to you the renders of what your project will look like once it has been delivered now that everything has been finalised in planning.

 

Step 5 Delivery and Installation

Once your order is in the country our professional team of fitters will arrange delivery and instalment dates with you and when it is suitable they will come and fit your order exactly to specification.

Contract Division

Step 1 Project Scope

The first thing our designers will do is listen to what it is you want to achieve with your project, in doing so they will be able to combine their understanding of exactly what you are going for and with their expert knowledge of our wide range of products to pick out the ones most suited to your project. In this stage a timeline and a budget will also be discussed wit you to help you get the most out of our services for the right cost for you.

 

Step 2 Site Visit

Our designer will plan a visit to your site so they can further discuss your idea with you whilst gaining a better understanding of the space and how it is you want to use it, this time will also be used to take measurements of the space including any locations of power outlets, door openings, hearths, skirting baords etc.

 

Step 3 Design Presentation

Once steps 1 and 2 have been completed out designer will have a clear picture of the space you are working with and what it is you want to be filled out with, this will allow them to use the dimensions they have gathered to create a completely accurate representation in the form of a high quality render showing how everything will look once in place.

 

Step 4 Final Presentation

You can take as much time as you like on Step 3 making changes to the project until you are 100% happy with the way it looks in the renders and are certain you wish to move forward with your order. Once you have given the go ahead we will order your items as specified by you.

 

Step 5 Delivery and Installation

Once you have finalised all of your choices and given the go ahead to order your good will be delivered to our warehouse, once they arrive there you will be notified by out logistics team and they will arrange delivery and installation dates with you. Our professional fitters will arrive on the specified date and install your products exactly as they are shown in our renders as each one is given a CAD plans to follow with down to the millimetre measurements for installation.
