RETAIL SALES

There are several vacancies for sales / interior design staff to work in our Islington and Fulham showrooms. Competitive salary packages will be offered to the successful candidates who must possess the following:

- ability to close a sale, negotiate and generate new business opportunities

- proven retail or contract sales ability (note: ideally of contemporary furniture)

- good team player skills

- strong time management and organisational skills

- self motivation and ambition

- excellent English language skills

- good numeracy

- customer services experience

Also desirable but not essential:

- good Italian language skills

- interior design qualifications

- ability to use interior design software such as Rhinocerous / 3DMac / AutoCad (note: training will be given to the right candidate)

CONTRACT SALES

There is a new position for a contract sales person who will be based at our Baker Street and our Fulham showrooms. The successful candidate will report directly to the managing director. A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate who must possess the following:

- at least 3 years contract sales experience

- all the skills listed above for the retail sales vacancy

Also desirable but not essential:

- good Italian language skills

- interior design qualifications

- ability to use interior design software

SALES SUPPORT / OFFICE MANAGER

There is a new position for a sales support person who will be based at our Fulham showroom. A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate who must have good computing and customer service skills. Key activities include:

- ensuring all correspondence is dealt with efficiently

- day to day office management

- liasing with facilities company for our Baker Street showroom

- arranging meetings with customers for the sales staff

- keeping records of customer visits and sales

- preparing estimates and quotations for customers

- maintaining customer records

- processing and monitoring orders

- organising deliveries

- resolving customer queries

- processing invoices and accounts

- compiling sales summary reports for management

Also desirable but not essential:

- good Italian language skills
